ONIC Esports has announced an open search for a new MLBB coach.

ONIC Esports has opened up applications for their coaching development program.
The coaching development program will accept applications through November 25th, 2022.
Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to coach ONIC Esports’ top-tier MLBB club lineups.

ONIC Esports, an Indonesian powerhouse, has launched an open recruiting for their coaching development program in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). The registration period will remain through November 25th and is accessible to everyone. Applicants must, however, satisfy particular standards in order to be considered for the coaching development program. This involves having Mythical Glory rank in MLBB, being fluent in English, and being available full-time. Qualified candidates have the opportunity to join the coach development program and demonstrate their worthiness of guiding ONIC Esports’ top-tier team lineups, including its Mobile Legends Development League (MDL) squad, ONIC Prodigy.

How to Apply for the MLBB ONIC Esports Coaching Development Program

To join ONIC coaching development program in MLBB, interested individuals must complete the following requirements:

Not yet married.
A minimum age of 20 years is required.
Full-time availability.
Mythical Glory is the lowest level of a mobile legend.
Experience in esports, MLBB, or other MOBA games such as LOL, DOTA, etc. would be advantageous.
Can communicate effectively and eloquently in English.
There is no deal with another team.

Prepared to participate in the ONIC recruitment/interview process.

ONIC is one of Indonesia’s most powerful MLBB teams (ID). The squad won the MPL ID Season 10 as well as the MPL Invitational 2022. ONIC will also represent Indonesia at the M4 World Championship, the pinnacle of MLBB esports, with RRQ Hoshi.

Aside from its professional team, ONIC Prodigy is an MDL squad. The squad placed tenth in the just completed MDL ID Season 6. Potential coaching development program candidates will have the option to coach one of ONIC teams if they establish themselves worthy of the position.
